  • Exercise 
 At adulthood, your brain has neural pathways that helps in processing and recalling information as quickly as possible, solve familiar problems, and execute familiar problem with the least mental effort. Like muscular strength, memory requires you to use it or lose it. The more you exercise the brain the easier for you to process and remember information.
