When we are addicted to something it is never easy to giveup on it and being addicted to smoking is no exception. When the urge to smoke hits, it can be very difficult to restrain oneself, but there is no good reason to smoke.


There is no safe amount of Tobacco, the chemicals in tobacco reach your longs quickly any time you inhale. Your blood carry the toxin to every part of your body, but after you quit your body beings to heal as the nicotine begins to leave you body and as a result you may feel worse instead of better. This is a sign that your body is healing.
Smoking destroys ones health and if you value your health you should quit. I want you to learn this lesson as early as possible so you can mitigate any health problems and stop smoking or at least try to stop this habit for your health.

The study of more than 200,000 people, published in BMC Medicine, found about 67 percent of smokers perished from smoking-related illness. That rate is higher than doctors previously estimated.
Tobacco smoke can boost the risk for least 13 types of cancer. The earlier you quit, the better.  “The relative risks of adverse health effects increase with increasing intensity of smoking,” the study states, “measured by the amount of tobacco smoked per day, and with increasing duration of smoking.”
Each employee who smokes tobacco costs employers approximately $6,000 more per year in health care and productivity costs than non-smoking employees, according to a study from Ohio State University.
